Medal of 10th Anniversary of Moldovan Army

The documented medal was awarded on 28.8.2001 together with a medal for the "Service to the motherland" of the 3rd degree. It is made of a light yellow alloy on a rectangular suspension and resembles more a badge.  It bears to Moldovan tricolors (like Romanian) with sparse colouring by paint. Ihave one for exhange but without a document.  The text "10 An - 10 years" surrounds the Moldovan coat of arms (eagle with bull). Like other Moldovan degrees it is reputedly made in Romania.  I am trying to find out how many people received this medal and for what.
