 The
medal, issued by the Ministry of Defence, is made in Kiev (Ukraine)
of silver on a brass suspension.
The center emblem is attached to a cross shaped award with
dark blue (black) enamel. This is the Army version, airforce
veterans had blue enamel and high ranking officers red.
I am trying to find out how many people received this medal
and for what.
