 The
medal, issued by the Ministry of Defence, made in Kiev (Ukraine),
of silver on a brass suspension.
The center emblem is attached to a cross shaped award with
dark blue enamel. This is the Airforce version, army veterans
had a dark blue/black enamel and high ranking officers red.
I am trying to find out how many people received this medal
and for what.
