Instituted
by Government Decree on 3 April 1951 but this is type 2 issued
after 1960. It bears the letters CSSR (the Czechoslovak Socialist
Republic) and socialist insignia like flags, a star with hammer
and sickle on the avers. It is made of silver and is numbered
11784.
