Instituted
on 1.11.1950 and some 52.000 were issued. Undocumented, otherwise
in excellent condition in silver plated alloy with 15 ribbons
(7 left, right, one below) and was released after 1960 when
the Finno Karelian Republic was down graded to autonomous
