on 28 October 1974 and awraded simultaneously with order Service
to the Motherland in the USSR Armed Forces. Some 120.000 were
awarded after 25 years for excellence in military and political
training or special merit during manouvres in the Soviet Army,
border guards, navy or Ministry of Internal Affairs troops.
Made of German silver.
