Established
20 May 1942 and awarded to enlisted men and officers irrespective
of rank for skillful command of their units in action (some
344.000 issued). Excellent condition of enamel, not with document
but relatively low serial number (182937). This variation has the "beams"
on the reverse at 10, 2 and 6 o'clock (variation 2 at 12, and
8 o'clock) and the mint mark in one line. I have several spare
