Solid
gold, mint condition with original box and small award list,
no. 10299. Awarded in 1981 to a Ukrainian scientist
K.K. Artemenko for his valuable contribution to rocket science.
As of 11.10.1967 replaced earlier 3
class awards bearing the same but with slightly different
design. About 70 were issued per year and are rare to
find. I have a duplicate, in excellent condition, but without
document (no. 18467).
