1500th Anniversary of Kiev |  |
 The Medal "In Memory of the 1500th Anniversary of Kiev" (Ìåäàëü «Â ïàìÿòü 1500-ëåòèÿ Êèåâà»;
Medal «V pamjat 1500-letija Kieva») was established
10 May 1982 and awarded to all citizens who lived in Kiev
no less than 10 years and to all surviving defenders of Kiev who received the
medal for the defence of Kiev. Made of brass, approximately
700.000 issued.
