but in very nice condition and quite rare. Silver plated,
issued between 1968 and 1991 (variation 1 was from silver
and issued only from 25 January 1958 to 2 May 1960) to members
of the Ministry of Interior Armed forces. Type 2 had the letters
MVD USSR and was issued to other Ministry of Interior of the
USSR employees. Apparently very few individuals ever received
an award already after 10 years of service as it was much
more common to be decorated after 15 or 20 years when the
individual proved him/herself more or was close to retirement.
