Established
27 December 1938, made of silver, 3.000.000 issued and ranks
below the "Medal for Distinguished Labor". This
variation had a round ring as part of the medal, while variation
2 had a flat one ("lopatka") and variation 3 had
a flat ring. The early types 1 were on triangular
suspension.
