Strengthening Military Cooperation |

Established
25 May 1979 and awarded to Soviet and allied servicemen for
merit in stregthening the combat alliance of the Warsaw Pact
(during major excercises). Made of alluminium alloy with red
enamel on star, only 20.000 were issued.
