19 June 1943. Until 1960 about 930.000 issued, until 1985
1.470.000. The ring is soldered, its from a heavier metal
compound than later variations which was made from one piece
16.8g (c.f. 15.g). There were two types of stamp, this one
has the line of the horizont only to the letters and not protruding
on the sides to the rim of the medal (variation 1b). Issued
during the war with a document.
