Irreproachable Service - Ministry of Interior 3rd Degree |

 The
medal, a decoration of the Ministry of Interior, is of a light
shiny and tinny alloy and resembles more a badge. The
center emblem is attached to a suspension in Moldovan tricolors
(like Romanian) bearing a roman three numeral and the colouring
is cold enamel. The text in wrapped around the Moldovan
coat of arms (eagle with bull) states "For irreproachable
service". It is reputedly made in Romania and I am trying
to find out how many people received this medal and for what.
