 The
medal, issued by the Ministry of Interior, is of a light shiny
and tinny alloy with a the centre emblem glued to the base!
It is attached to a suspension with the Moldovan tricolors in
the middle (like Romanian) and the colouring is paint.
The text in wrapped around the Moldovan Eagle holding a cross
states the name of the award. Like other Moldovan medals it
is reputedly made in Romania and I am trying to find out how
many people received this medal and for what.
