Honorary title medal for merit (om emerit)

The medal is struck from "Tompak" (bronze) and looks like as if artificial patina had been applied to it. It has a soldered ring and is suspended on a Moldovan tricilor. The emblem depicts the Moldovan coat of arms. It weighs only 5.2g but the original I saw in the Moldovan Presidential administration weighed 7.7g. There are three other Honorary title medals (Master in literature, art and national creativity) and I am trying to find out how many people received it and for what.
