For Service
to the Motherland in the Armed Forces
of the USSR 1st Class (copy - mulyazh) |
|
Established
28 October 1974 at the instigation of Leonid Ijich Brezhnev
who wanted to see a new order (opulent at that) to be added
to the Soviet award system. Only about 70.000 were issued
(only 13 first class and 600 2nd class), nick-named "crab",
about 2 ounzes of silver, constructed of four parts. In excellent condition (no. 0030) but its a copy together
with a forged document purchased in the 15 Zeiss auction (lot
no. 974). I also have numbers 98.283 and 126.655 of the 3rd
class but without documents.
