Medal
for Valiant Labour |
|
This
is a medal established by Presidential Decree no. 219 on 10 September 1993. Made of brass (latun), 32 mm in diametre.
Quite rare as the so
called Transdniestrian Republic has not too many years behind
it and probably ahead of it. The statelet of Transdniestria
continues to be headed by Igor Nikolajevich Smirnov, "President"
of a self-proclaimed republic - a tiny separatist territory
with all the trappings of a State including award ceremonies
but not recognised even by Russia. I am trying to find out
how many people received this medal and for what.
