to veterans on the 15th Anniversary (medal and badge) commemorating
15th Anniversary of the withdrawal from the Democratic Republic
of Afghanistan.
Originates from the the self-proclaimed Transdniestrian Moldovan
Republic that remains a separatist territory with all the trappings
of a State, including award ceremonies. Resembles more
a badge, poor quality enamel, made from brass. The medal also
had a pin badge awarded with it.
I am yet to find out how many people received this award.
