 The
Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) issues numbered badges to every elected National Deputy (Narodnii Deputat). The badge is accompanied by a special ID and is usually worn as it gives a number of priviledges, including immunity, free entry, transport discounts etc.. This one is a gift from a friend elected to the 7th Sozyv (7th Parliament since independence), including original box.
