How do you mount the russian naval medals and awards on an every day black uniform jacket that you wear over a shirt and tie??? i want to do this for a costume I have that is authentic. It is not a russian federation uniform but a Naval USSR captain uniform... There seems to be little or no information on the proper wear of medals and ribbons...
