Quite
a rare piece awarded for saving a life and socialist property
during a fire (about 40000 issued since 31.10.1957).
It looks actually better on the reverse and some people
chose to wear it the other way around (see detailed jpg).
Until 1960 made of silver, thereafter silver
alloy (plated with silver) and this piece is dates from
the 80s and is made of German silver (copper zinc and nickel).
