Under the image a ribbon with an inscription “1792” (the year of foundation of the city of Tiraspol). In semicircle inscription "ÒÈÐÀÑÏÎËÜ" (TIRASPOL) at the top. There is also a 900 Gold version (3 Rubles, O 21mm, weight 8g, mintage 100).
